"Battle of the Brains"

Sequoyah Upper Elementary students in grades 3rd - 5th recently participated in the academic "Battle of the Brains" competition where every grade successfully placed in every category.

3rd grade: 

Jonothan Annett, 3rd place - Science; Gibson Benner, 1st place - Math; Rylee Howell, 4th place - Language Arts; Kristen Holt, 3rd place - Social Studies; Camden Matthews, 2nd place - Social Studies.

4th grade:

Tucker Delozier, 4th place - Social Studies; Channing Callaway, 3rd place - Math; Millie Hucke, 4th Place - Science; Silas York, 2nd place - Science; Dylan Clarke, 6th place - Language Arts.

5th grade:

Jason Smart, 6th place - Science; Dwight Inkelaar, 2nd place - Social Studies and 3rd place - Math; Liam Curry, 2nd place - Science and 6th place - Language Arts; Emily Pitterman, 4th place - Social Studies; Grace Jones, 5th place - Language Arts; Clayton Miller, 1st place - Math.
