Class participates in "Mystery Skype"

Sequoyah Upper Elementary 4th grade students in Mrs. Owen's classroom have participated in several "Mystery Skype" sessions this year. Their classroom pairs with another classroom from another state. None of the students know what state the other classroom is in. Students take turns asking each other questions through Skype about their Region, geography, time zone, landmarks etc to determine the state where their partner class is located. They also use atlases, maps and Chromebooks to narrow down the location.

What a great opportunity to further instill the love of learning in our students!
