Student Items Pick up/Drop Off
June 1 3:00 pm-6:00 pm PreK & Kindergarten
June 2 3:00 pm-6:00 pm 1st and 2nd grade
June 3 3:00 pm-6:00 pm 3rd and 4th grade
June 4 3:00 pm-6:00 pm 5th grade
*We will use the afternoon 2-line car-rider method for picking up your student’s belongings.
*Enter the parking lot through the south entrance. Remain in your vehicle at all times.
*As you enter one of the two car-rider lines, you will be asked for your student’s name/grade and receive a sign to place on your dash.
*Your student’s items will be in a brown paper bag labeled with their name and will be brought to your vehicle.
*If you have LIBRARY BOOKS to return, please bring them and we will take them when we deliver your student’s items.
*If you have a lunch balance due, please have the check ready (include student’s names or ID#) and we will take them as well.
*To keep the pickup lines moving smoothly, teachers will be unable to visit with students individually but will be greeting everyone as they exit campus at the north end.

June 4 9:00 am-2:00 pm All Grades Make Up
*Student OR one family member representative will be permitted to enter the building and will be required to use hand sanitizer provided at entrance. Please bring a box, plastic sack, bag, etc. to transport your student items from building. Parents are asked to remain in their vehicle.
*A maximum of 10 students or family member representative will be in building at one time and will be required to practice social distancing of 6 foot separation.
*After cleaning out locker/gathering personal items, students may pick up their report card, yearbook prior to leaving building.
*Students need to return textbooks, library books, uniforms, school-issued equipment and pay lunch balances at the office before exiting the building.
*To keep pickup lines moving smoothly, please obtain your student items in a timely manner and upon existing the building please exit campus.
