Greetings,
Welcome back to school! Hope everyone had a wonderful summer exploring and learning new things. We are excited to get our second year started for our Middle School and High School Career Connections classes.
To get things started, we will complete skills and interests assessment testing, explore OK Career Guide, and dive into the six career fields and 16 career clusters we will cover throughout the fall semester. We will begin researching Northeast Tech, learning more about all the programs they have to offer. We will also research Claremore Economic Development and how they will partner with our community and industry leaders to provide our students with an abundance of knowledge regarding career opportunities.
Throughout the semester check back here for information regarding the careers we are exploring and the industry leaders who will be presenting to our students. It is an exciting time of year and I look forward to meeting all the students!
