Fifth Grade Collects 2,900 Food Items!

Good Samaritan Ministry

The Sequoyah Upper Elementary 5 th  grade students recently organized the annual Sequoyah Elementary Canned Food Drive benefitting the Good Samaritan Ministry who provides food items to families in need in the Rogers County area. Students and families from both the upper and lower elementary generously donated 2,924 non-perishable food items during a 5-day period.

Angel Tree

HISTORY The Angel Tree was started in 1975 by the West Knoxville Business & Professional Women's Club (BPW) as a community service project to provide Christmas gifts for 70 underprivileged children.
