Procedures for the Computer Lab
- No Food or Drinks are allowed.
- All assignments, tests and projects must be completed at school. Jobs completed anywhere else will NOT be accepted. There are special circumstances where the instructor will give the student permission to complete work at home, but prior authorization must be given.
- Students attempting to use other programs, including AI, or tampering with the settings of the computer will be referred to the office for disciplinary action.
- You may be in the computer lab only when the teacher is present. Do not enter the lab without permission. This rule is for your benefit!
- You will be assigned a specific computer and textbook. It is your responsibility to take care of these items and treat them well. If your textbook is missing it is your responsibility to report it to the teacher immediately.
- Report any problem with your computer station to the teacher as soon as you enter the classroom so that you will not be blamed for it.
- Students on the internet or any program not designated by the instructor will lose computer privileges for an entire class period. Subsequent offenses will result in detention.
- You are expected to complete your own assignments, projects and tests. Cheating will result in both the cheater and the person allowing them to cheat to receive a zero.
