Cherokee Challenge Bowl Winners
SEQUOYAH LOWER ELEMENTARY PLACES AT VIRTUAL CHEROKEE CHALLENGE/LANGUAGE BOWL 2021
For the first ever virtual competition conducted by Cherokee Nation, 5 students from Sequoyah Lower Elementary were able to achieve winnings. This time they had to compete individually instead of as a team. They are: Back row Teacher Hellen Henry, 1st Grader 2nd place winner Lola Conger, 2nd Grader 1st place winner Taylin Wood. Front row: 1st Grader 1st place winner Kambri Hutchens, 1st Grader 3rd place winner Jayson Woods and 2nd Grader 1st place winner Kesslee Tramel.

Sequoyah Upper Elementary students also competed in virtual competition while at school. Students on three teams who played individually were able to come away as winners.
